These Terms of Business govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and ATC Brokers (the "Company"). By opening an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles.
To open an account, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate identification and verification documents, and complete our application process.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
The Company acts as an agent and/or principal in the execution of orders. We aim to execute orders at the best available price, subject to market conditions and liquidity.
Orders are executed on an STP (Straight Through Processing) basis with no dealing desk intervention. Execution speeds average 8 milliseconds under normal market conditions.
The Company may charge spreads, commissions, swap rates, and other fees as disclosed on our website and in our fee schedule.
The Company reserves the right to modify its fee structure with prior notice to clients.
Client funds are held in segregated accounts at top-tier banking institutions, separate from the Company's operational funds.
The Company does not use client funds for its own business purposes or to meet its own obligations.
Trading in Forex and CFDs involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before trading.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose more than your initial investment.
Either party may terminate the client relationship by providing written notice. Upon termination, all open positions may be closed and any remaining balance will be returned to the client.
The Company may terminate or suspend an account immediately if the client breaches these terms or if required by regulatory obligations.
